Born on February 5, 1997, she grew up between Nairobi’s ghettos and an orphanage, using the
challenges of her upbringing as fuel to pursue a meaningful career in the arts. Inspired by strong
women like Viola Davis and Lupita Nyong’o—and her own mother—she aims to become a role
model for young girls with big dreams.
A skilled character actress, Naomi brings depth and authenticity to every role. She has starred
in multiple theatre plays at the Kenyan National Theatre, taking on lead and supporting parts in
productions like “The Wizard,” “Drums of War,” “In Sickness and Health,” and “Maxwell
Christmas,” as well as classic plays such as “Romeo & Juliet” and “The Merchant of Venice”
with the Art Masters Theatre Group. She further gained recognition by performing three of these
productions—“Drums of War,” “In Sickness and Health,” and “Maxwell Christmas”— at the
International Theatre Festival, Kitfest.
On screen, her versatility shines through in numerous YouTube series—most notably “The
Maid” and “Dangerous Petite”—where she starred as lead, and also served as creator,
scriptwriter, casting director, and director. Naomi led the series “Men Can Lie” and co-created
“ThePetsShow,” championing women’s rights through creativity. She has collaborated on
productions like “Lost,” appeared as a supporting lead in the feature film “It Is All in My Mind,”
and starred in the short film “Through the Veil,” which was selected for the Mashariki African
Film Festival in Rwanda. She was featured as an extra with lines in the celebrated Kenyan film
“Makosa ni Yangu,” and was runner-up for the People’s Choice Awards as Actress of the Year,
